Omelets, also known in spelling as "omelletes". It's a popular egg dishes made of fried beaten egg which usually medley with other ingredient mixed into egg batter or use as a filling. Because omelets such a versatile dish as they can serve for breakfast and dinner. Besides, anyone can put any ingredients they like. Recently, I'm learned how to make this omelets. Basically speaking, there are variety types of omelets.

1. French Omeletes

Also known as Western Omelets, considered as "classic omelets" by many people. This omelet is cooked quickly, making it solid and lightly browned on the outside, and just a little bit runny on the inside. Popular fillings and add-ins for the French omelet include chesse, mushrooms, ham, and tomatoes. Although this type of omelet might seem plain, it is still fairly challenging to cook.

To prepare french omelets. Firstly, Heat an omelets pan, coating with oil or butter. Then, put the beaten egg into the hot pan, tilting or shaking the pan so that the egg mixture can spread evenly. Use a spatula to lift the cooked edges of the omelet toward the center of the pan, and then shake the pan until the runny egg mixture fills up the gap again. Quickly repeat this step until there’s no longer enough egg mixture liquid to fill the gap. Finally, gently loosen the edges of your omelet, fold the omelet in half, and quickly slide it onto a plate.

2. Italian Omelets

Made with cheese, eggs, milk or cream and an array of fillings frittatas can be served either hot or cold making it an easy meal for any occasion. All the ingredient that you might have are:

To prepare it, firstly fry the onion, zucchini, mushroom and fresh basil with olive oil or oil. Don’t cook too long, you want them to remain firm. Then, put the beaten egg with garlic pepper and mozarella cheese. Mix should be thick and moist. Next, fry in oil until brown on each side.If you want to fold the omelets, it also recommended.
