Let us refresh the story about the theory of gravity.
Before Newton, no one had discovered the law of gravity in a complete way. The
famous story told that, while Newton was sitting under a tree, and an apple
fell from the tree, he began to think about the rationality and raise a
question to himself, “What energy is this which attracts the apple to itself?
Why did it not go up to heaven? ”. After so many years of researches, he
discovered the law of gravity. In the discovery of this law, it was proven
where the order of the stars comes from, why this earth moves around the sun
and why they do not fall into each other. What power is this which keeps them
in their own orbit, and they do not move outside their own orbit. Yet, Newton
discovered that the orbiting of a body causes it to flee from the centre and
the law of attraction causes it to return to the centre as long as these two
are in balance, that is, the distance between these two bodies by the gravity
to create a fleeing from the centre and a gravity to pull it back to the
centre. This attraction and repulsion permits it to stay in its orbit.
However,
the holy Qur’an already proves about 1000 years before this event. Besides,
Qur’an also speaks very clearly about many others natural sciences that
happened in the world more than 1400 years. The natural science that reveal in
Holy Qur’an helps in developing a staunch faith that deal with various topics
such as Astronomy, Biology, Geology and etc. We should realize that Holy Quran
has always been in all topics it has touched, which is a sufficient proof its
being divine.
The Holy Qur’an possesses such of the secrets
and facts about the system of nature that unravel the mysteries of the
providential activities and creative enigma. Thus, Holy Qur’an invites mankind
to study the system and scheme of creation, the question about nature and the
causes and effects of all beings to apply their reason and faculties to the
discovery of a secret nature. Therefore, through natural sciences and the
secret of creation, Holy Qur’an forms a complex expression called the
intellectual miracle of Qur’an.
