Vehichles Price is Expected to Fall?

Honestly, I do not know much about these. My knowledge still fundamental. Still, I read from other blog written by Syed Akhbar Ali, he spoke out his mind:

Car Prices In Malaysia
Digest this article, after that, you may need to vomit. What is the Malaysian Govt doing all these while. Ripping off our Rakyat for the last 30 yrs with APs designed to benefit a few well connected Bumis, the UMNO/BN have robbed millions of citizens in this fiasco, under the pretext of protecting our local industry. The Govt have forgotten we Malays are the largest customers in the country. What is the NEP policy doing ?? Ripping off the Malays (which forms 65% of the consumer base) to benefit a few UMNO politicians !!!

BMW 535i sells for RM178,000 in the US

In the United States of America (a developed country which we are also
aspiring to become by the year 2020) a 2009 model BMW 535i Sedan is
selling for about USD50,367.00. This is only RM178,000 - about the
price of a Toyota Camry 2.4L here in Malaysia . The same BMW sells in
Malaysia for about RM450,000.

BMW 328i sells for RM155,000 in the US

The 2009 model BMW 328i 2 door Convertible sells for USD44,014 or
RM155,369.00 in the US . In Malaysia the same car sells for over
RM460,000. This is an untenable situation.

Audi A4 2.0T Cabriolet Convertible sells for RM142,000 in the US

The 2009 model Audi A4 2 Door 2.0T Cabriolet Convertible sells in the
US for USD40,328.00 or RM142,357. In Malaysia the same car would sell
for about RM265,000.

VW GTI 2.0T sells for RM85,000 in the US

In the US the 2009 model Volkswagen GTI 2.0T sells for USD 24,039 or
RM85,000 only. In China the same car will cost around RM60,000. Over
here the same VW car sells for about RM200,000.

And the 2010 model Toyota Camry 2.4L sells in the US for USD 19,659.00 or RM69,396 In Malaysia the 2008 Toyota Camry 2.4L sells for
RM170,000. Toyota Camry 2.4L, 2010 model. RM69,000 in the US

Car prices in Malaysia are about three times higher than the prices in the United States. We are a developing nation. Our land and labour costs are so much cheaper than the US . Why are our cars so expensive? It does not make any sense. Tak masuk akal.

Then here are some car prices from our neighbour Indonesia .
The Toyota Altis sells in Indonesia for about RM46,000. The same car sells here for around RM 112,000. Again we are three times more expensive than Indonesia

The Honda Jazz sells here for RM108,000.. In Indonesia the Jazz sells for RM 36,000. Three times more expensive.

We are paying ridiculously high prices (and actually impoverishing the Malays - who are the largest buyers of cars in Malaysia) to support an out of date, out of touch with reality motor car policy.

We are paying the highest car prices in the world to support the Proton and other locally made cars as well as support a mind boggling AP policy which only benefits a relatively few rich Malays. A disproportionately large number of Malays and other Malaysians are
being impoverished to subsidise the wealth of a few inefficient rich.

26 million Malaysians have to pay three times more for their cars just to support Proton and 120,000 people who are directly and indirectly involved in the motor sector in Malaysia and the AP holders. That is a ratio of 216:1.

This ratio of 216:1 is too skewed. 26.0 million happier people can contribute many more votes than 120,000 members of an inefficient motor industry. 26 million unhappy people can change a Government. (The maths is not really difficult here)

And this outdated policy is impoverishing the Malays more than anyone else.

Here is some news from our DPM Tan Sri Muhyudin Yassin about our car
policy. This is truncated:

Muhyiddin assures govt support for automotive parts and component sector

1. KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 - The deputy prime minister said special focus
will be given to "facilitate and encourage" the development of the automotive parts and component sector despite the current global and regional economic downturn.

2. "Under the CEPT and Asean Trade in Goods Agreements, Malaysia has agreed to eliminate import duties on all products in the Normal Track on January 1, 2010. This includes motor vehicles, auto parts and components," he said.

3. He pointed out that . .. . the motor vehicle sub sector in Malaysia will not be directly impacted because of its heavy dependence on the domestic market.

4. "The Malaysian government recognises the contribution of the
domestic automotive industry towards the development of the country."

Para 2 sounds promising but then Para 3 and 4 basically says that the Malaysian motor car industry will continue to be protected. This means we will continue paying the highest car prices in the world for automobiles.

bayar sekitar RM500 saja sebulan.

Maksudnya tanpa Kerajaan perlu membuat apa pun (merangsang ekonomi,

This is like giving the car buyer an RM1000 pay rise without incurring
any extra costs for the taxpayer, the Government or the economy. It
will greatly reduce the cost of living in Malaysia and spur greater economic growth too.

In absolute numbers, the Malays are suffering the most because they are the most in number among the fixed income people who also buy cars.

Some folks said the other day that Proton has 150 major component
suppliers, dealers, distributors and about 500 other parts suppliers too. Of the 150 major component suppliers, about 15 of them are listed companies. In total they employ about 120,000 people. The Proton supply chain is a mix of bumiputras and non bumiputras. But here is a sad fact : none of them are operating at their level best efficiency.

Our motor car policy is forcing Malaysians to subsidise Proton so that
Proton can sustain major inefficiencies in the Malaysian economy. This is not a good thing at all.

We have to unwind this situation. Set a target of 18 months from now to unwind all protection for our motor industry. Remove the impoverishing AP policy also in 18 months. Let Malaysian car prices reflect world market prices for the same makes of cars.

If a BMW 535 sells for RM178,000 in America , it should sell for a little less here in Malaysia (our rentals and salaries are cheaper). Fw: Car Prices In Malaysia

The Ministers continue making pronouncements about the car industry as though nothing has happened. I hope everyone will please wake up. The
Government has a real chance of getting thrown out of office in about three years. The people will not accept inept answers anymore.

The ridiculous car prices in Malaysia is an issue that is just beginning to get more attention and publicity. It is going to become a really big issue in the near future. Be forewarned.

#Dessert#Steam Eggs Pudding

Recently, I ate at the Shushi Restaurant and ordered Omusoba Set for dinner. A set that contained Omusoba (ramen coated with egg), soup and eggs pudding. That was the first time I eat at Japanese restaurant and it tasted superb!!!! What I want to highlight in this post about the steam eggs pudding that really caught my eyes and my taste. First come to my thought when I saw it, is it possible the egg can be pudding??? plus its serve warm.

So, I found out the recipe in the christinesrecipes.com on how to make this dessert. It's so easy, just need a few ingredients but I try to add somethings to make it more appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 30gm white sugar (or to your taste)
  • 250ml milk
  • mushrooms

Method:

1. Beat the eggs. Warm the milk and don’t boil it. (you can use microwave if you want)

2. Add warm milk into the beaten eggs first, then add sugar. Mix well. A fork can do and no need to use electrical mixer . Then, use a spoon to get rid of the foam on the surface of egg mixture.

3. Cover the mixture with foil. Steam it for 12 minutes in a wok with a lid on. Every 4 minutes, lift the lid up a bit and let some steam release. Done! Serve hot.

Done!!! That's how its look..
Peace...Selamat Mencuba..

September

September reminds me about many things...many things..

How the time passed away
All the trouble that we gave
And all those day we spent out by the lake
Has it all gone to waste?
All the promises we made
One by one they vanished just the same

All the things I still remember
Summers never looked the same
Years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
In the middle of September
We still played out in the rain
Nothing to lose but everything to gain
Reflecting now on how things could've been
It was worth it in the end

Now it all seems so clear
There's nothing left to fear
So we made our way by finding what was real
Now the days are so long
That summer's moving on
Reach for something that's already gone

All the things I still remember
Summers never look the same
Years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
In the middle of September
We still played out in the rain
Nothing to lose but everything to gain
Reflecting now on how things could've been
It was worth it in the end

Yeah, We knew we had to leave this town
But we never knew when and we never knew how
We would up here the way we are

We knew we had to leave this town
But we never knew when and we never knew how

All the things I still remember
Summers never look the same
Years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
In the middle of September
We still played out in the rain
Nothing to lose but everything to gain
Reflecting now on how things could've been
It was worth it in the end...

Journey So Far...

Two decades I have been in journey..
The journey that do not know the outcome..
I stopped myself, turning back..
Looking back the routes that I traveled..
Inspired myself
to be in deeply thinking of,
The worth of my journey..
So far....

In the past journey..
I walked down the street..
In the middle of crossroad..
I been struggled within myself..
Which intersections should I follow..

In my conscious mind..

That I knew about the path I traveled..
Between the dark and bright...
Acknowledge a wise man should know..
Which what course should he takes..
To the promise of happiness by the end of journey..

But in myself..
I made a decision in choosing that path..
The dark one most, the bright..
The hell I didn't knew how to describe
about the feeling in between..
"satisfaction" and "remorse"..
within myself..

Hard to describe..
That I know it was wrong..
 Lessons that taught me..
Sometimes curiosity can killed..
your heart in such a way..
you try to seek the truth..
that lies behind..

Yet, in this crucial journey..
to seeking the guidance..
I try to stand still on my own feet
To be like the pillars been anchored to the ground..
Because it is the
Its the secret key to confront the obstacles..
Even how many obstacles in front you...
Even it to hard to endure..
Even it tortured you..

I don't expect the readers to understand..
 The things I been talking..
Right now..
About a man tried to figured something..
That he can't stand it..
The path he taken..
Yet, he is the one who suffer alone..

Types of Omelets

Omelets, also known in spelling as "omelletes". It's a popular egg dishes made of fried beaten egg which usually medley with other ingredient mixed into egg batter or use as a filling. Because omelets such a versatile dish as they can serve for breakfast and dinner. Besides, anyone can put any ingredients they like. Recently, I'm learned how to make this omelets. Basically speaking, there are variety types of omelets.

1. French Omeletes

Also known as Western Omelets, considered as "classic omelets" by many people. This omelet is cooked quickly, making it solid and lightly browned on the outside, and just a little bit runny on the inside. Popular fillings and add-ins for the French omelet include chesse, mushrooms, ham, and tomatoes. Although this type of omelet might seem plain, it is still fairly challenging to cook.

To prepare french omelets. Firstly, Heat an omelets pan, coating with oil or butter. Then, put the beaten egg into the hot pan, tilting or shaking the pan so that the egg mixture can spread evenly. Use a spatula to lift the cooked edges of the omelet toward the center of the pan, and then shake the pan until the runny egg mixture fills up the gap again. Quickly repeat this step until there’s no longer enough egg mixture liquid to fill the gap. Finally, gently loosen the edges of your omelet, fold the omelet in half, and quickly slide it onto a plate.

2. Italian Omelets

Italian Omelets
There are many kind of Italian omelets. The picture above seem familiar to the one I made. An Italian omelette or a crust less quiche, whichever way you look at it a frittata is an easy way to create a meal even when you open the fridge and fear you might not have anything to eat. Made with cheese, eggs, milk or cream and an array of fillings frittatas can be served either hot or cold making it an easy meal for any occasion. All the ingredient that you might have are:

1 onion, chopped
Mushrooms, chopped
Zucchini, chopped
Mozarella cheese, shredded
fresh basil, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Olive oil (optional)
Garlic Pepper

To prepare it, firstly fry the onion, zucchini, mushroom and fresh basil with olive oil or oil. Don’t cook too long, you want them to remain firm. Then, put the beaten egg with garlic pepper and mozarella cheese. Mix should be thick and moist. Next, fry in oil until brown on each side.If you want to fold the omelets, it also recommended.

Tennessee Line

 I open my lungs
To breathe in forgiveness and love
Haunting me now, reminders of how I used to be
I know down the road
My troubles are sure to follow
Looking out the window
Hell if I know where I will go
So I will just keep on driving

On my way to L.A.
Looking into the rear view
As the roads fade away
Sworn off my past
The first and last bad call that I ever made
Tell me how to make right
Every wrong turn I've learn
That this can all end tonight
Tennessee line just changed my mind
It's my heart I'll follow this time

Who would've known
That pride is so hard to swallow
As I rest on the shoulder of a road
Growing colder, with the trouble on I own
Should I just keep on driving

On my way to L.A.
Looking into the rear view
As the roads fade away
Sworn off my past
The first and last bad call that I ever made
Tell me how to make right
Every wrong turn I've learned
That this can all end tonight
Tennessee line just changed my mind
It's my heart I'll follow this time

I know I must be doing something right
Head the other way back to where I started out
Ask myself if I can turn it all around tonight
And stop living with doubt

On my way to L.A.
Looking into the rear view
As the roads fade away
Sworn off my past
The first and last bad call that I ever made
Tell me how to make right
Every wrong turn I've learned
That this can all end tonight
Tennessee line just changed my mind
It's my heart I'll follow this time

Tennesse line just change my mind

The Journey as a friend...

In this long and lonely journey...
As I travel down the road...
I reach to a place where I can stay for awhile..
The place where I saw many people..
Partially like me, partially don't...
I met them, I made relationship with them..
 We talked..We laughed..
About everything...
Get to know each other...
We shared...
Knowledges, experiences, advices..
In order to gear up our weapons..
To travel for the next journey..

This place seem to be worth for me..
As I calmed in the inside..
I got my peace of mind..
As all the pieces of troubles..
Swept away by this "tides"..

Somehow...
I used to think I could get better..
Misunderstanding, conflict and hate..
In the middle..happened..
Somehow..
Many people always get it wrong..
Some of them used to..
Dominate..Dictate...Criticize..Condemn..
Others people right to choose..
For their freedom..
As they think they are right enough..
To suit theirs to others..
Soon they should get to know..
As all of life is a journey which paths we take..
What we look back on, and what we look forward is up to us..
We determine our destination, what kind of road we will take to get there,
As long as it right, and how we happy to get there..

 I wish people to realize..
About the "Discretion"..
Of what my father told me before I left..
The secrets that lies inside..
PRECIOUS..
Because, it tell you the meaning of..
The true relationship..

Is what we called FRIEND..
They came in many kinds...
As soon I realized that I should move on..
I have to say goodbye..
I wonder how this "friend" last forever..
And I know this is not the end..
I persuaded myself..
When the heart is intertwined..
Nothing can break it "fast"..

Natural Sciences in Holy Qur'an: World in the mother's womb

World in mother’s womb is world that is dark and small space for human being live once upon a time ago. If we try to measure its volume, that is mother’s womb or scientifically known as uterus, it can occupy only a few litre of water only. But, everybody had gone through this world even though none of us can remember our life inside there. This is the place where the beginning of life of a baby called foetus. After that, this baby will come out to this worldly life (ad – Dunya).

Even though it is a dark place, uterus, indeed, is the safest place for development of the foetus. For instance, the pre-matured baby delivered due to several problems will be placed in the incubator. The function of this incubator is like mother’s womb and it is well equipped with high medical technologies. But still, it cannot be compared with uterus in mother’s body. The baby in the incubator still exposed to the external threat like virus infection as well as non complete development of the organ that lead to permanent blemished.
Then perfect development of foetus is guaranteed if it grows in the mother’s uterus. All possibility of threat from inside and outside will be protected by this “firm place”...

20 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable? 21 The which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed, 22 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)?23 For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things).
(Mursalat: 20 – 23)

Firm Place

The creation of human started with the fusion between sperm (male gamete) and ovum (female gamete). After this process occurs, then, the stage of foetus development took place. Indeed, the mother’s womb is really a firm place for the foetus just like what is stated in Quran. Along the period of development, foetus has to face thousand of threat sunlight, sound pollution, and smoke from the car which is carcinogen and shock concussion.

Another proof to say the mother’s womb is really a safe place for foetus is the position of the womb itself. Mother’s womb is situated in pelvic space (between hip bone and thighs bone) that make mother’s womb being guarded by thin and thick bones. The structure of this pelvic bone helps in securing the development of foetus in the early stage.

Internal Threat

During pregnancy, another most miraculous state of affairs regarding the protection of the baby comes about. The baby is also protected against internal threats. When a foreign body enters the body, such as during an organ or bone marrow transplant, the host’s defence system begins reacting, and this can sometimes lead to fatal consequences.

But that never happens to the foetus, and the mother’s immune system does not regard it as a foreign body. It is extraordinary how the mother’s immune system tolerates foreign genes from the father; because the baby is 50% foreign body. Marianne van den Heuvel, a scientist from Guelph University, describes this as ‘fascinating’ and continues: “That was always a puzzle from an immunology standpoint because the foetus is actually foreign. It’s part of the mother and also part of the father. It should be rejected by the body.”

The Natural Sciences in Holy Qur'an: Introduction

Let us refresh the story about the theory of gravity. Before Newton, no one had discovered the law of gravity in a complete way. The famous story told that, while Newton was sitting under a tree, and an apple fell from the tree, he began to think about the rationality and raise a question to himself, “What energy is this which attracts the apple to itself? Why did it not go up to heaven? ”. After so many years of researches, he discovered the law of gravity. In the discovery of this law, it was proven where the order of the stars comes from, why this earth moves around the sun and why they do not fall into each other. What power is this which keeps them in their own orbit, and they do not move outside their own orbit. Yet, Newton discovered that the orbiting of a body causes it to flee from the centre and the law of attraction causes it to return to the centre as long as these two are in balance, that is, the distance between these two bodies by the gravity to create a fleeing from the centre and a gravity to pull it back to the centre. This attraction and repulsion permits it to stay in its orbit.

However, the holy Qur’an already proves about 1000 years before this event. Besides, Qur’an also speaks very clearly about many others natural sciences that happened in the world more than 1400 years. The natural science that reveal in Holy Qur’an helps in developing a staunch faith that deal with various topics such as Astronomy, Biology, Geology and etc. We should realize that Holy Quran has always been in all topics it has touched, which is a sufficient proof its being divine.

The Holy Qur’an possesses such of the secrets and facts about the system of nature that unravel the mysteries of the providential activities and creative enigma. Thus, Holy Qur’an invites mankind to study the system and scheme of creation, the question about nature and the causes and effects of all beings to apply their reason and faculties to the discovery of a secret nature. Therefore, through natural sciences and the secret of creation, Holy Qur’an forms a complex expression called the intellectual miracle of Qur’an.
